Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Vanta is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are the responsibility of the carrier. If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us at vantafidget@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.

Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at vantafidget@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

International Shipping
International shipping may be available to select countries. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country's customs authorities.
